2、 The motor runs intermittently

(1) Causes: 

① Battery in undervoltage critical state, ② Poor battery contact, ③ Throttle wire damaged, but not broken, ④ Brake power-off switch malfunctioning, ⑤ Ignition lock damaged and in poor contact, ⑥ Circuit connectors poorly connected, ⑦ Components in the controller not soldered properly, ⑧ Cold joint of carbon brush and conductor group in the motor

(2) Troubleshooting:

① Test the battery voltage, and recharge the battery. ② Adjust or replace the plug. ③ Reconnect the throttle lead. ④ Adjust or replace the brake power-off switch. ⑤ Replace the ignition lock. ⑥ Reconnect the circuit. ⑦ Replace the controller. ⑧ Replace the motor.
